When you send us a booking request, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, preferred date, number of guests, the experience you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field.
The booking form is delivered to our team by email using EmailJS, a third-party email delivery service. Your details are sent to our team inbox so we can respond to your request.
We use your details only to respond to your booking request and to organise your visit. We do not add you to marketing lists, we do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside Eekanubi except the email delivery service described above.
We keep booking correspondence for as long as needed to manage your request and visit. If you would like us to delete your details, just ask.
